The Preferred Vendor Program is a partnership for companies that need on-location beauty services on a recurring or multi-location basis. Instead of sourcing artists city by city, you work with Beauty Studio as your centralized beauty agency.

We provide fully vetted hair and makeup teams for:

  • Corporate events, conferences, and executive meetings.
  • Commercial shoots, livestreams, and ongoing production work.
  • Hotel & venue packages, wedding partners, and VIP guest experiences.

Pricing, Billing & Terms

How rates are structured and how billing is handled.

We offer flexible pricing structures depending on your volume and project type:

  • Hourly / Day Rates: Ideal for on-set, green rooms, conferences, or roaming glam.
  • Per-Person / Per-Service Rates: Best for weddings, photo sessions, or clearly defined headcounts.
  • Hybrid Models: Combine touch-up bars and full looks, or mix hourly with per-person pricing.

Preferred vendors may also qualify for tiered discounts based on frequency, multi-day series, or annual commitments.

Yes. We routinely work with corporate vendor teams and can:

  • Complete vendor onboarding paperwork and W-9s.
  • Provide COI (Certificate of Insurance) naming your company or venue as additionally insured.
  • Invoice through AP portals or project-based billing systems.
  • Offer NET payment terms for approved partners (e.g. NET 30).

We’ll align on the billing flow that best fits your internal accounting processes during onboarding.

All artists go through a multi-step vetting process which may include:

  • Portfolio review and experience verification in their specialties.
  • License verification (where applicable) and adherence to sanitation standards.

We maintain performance feedback, and preferred vendors can request repeat teams or specific artists where available.

Yes. As a licensed agency, we regularly provide:

  • Certificates of Insurance (COI) tailored to venue or corporate requirements.
  • Signed policies around sanitation, kit standards, and onsite professionalism.
  • Documentation for security, access, and load-in as required by the venue or production.

Preferred vendors typically use one of the following flows:

  • Direct Request Form: A dedicated quote or booking form branded for your company, routed to a Beauty Studio account manager.
  • Email / Internal Template: Your team emails a standard request template including date, city, headcount, timing, and budget.
  • Client-Facing Checkout: Optional branded checkout pages where your clients or guests can submit their own booking details within your agreed rate structure.

Yes. Depending on your preference and timelines, you can:

  • Receive curated artist options for your project and select your top choice(s).
  • Allow our team to assign artists based on your brand, look guidelines, and budget.

For ongoing relationships, many partners opt for “preferred teams” in each primary market, with backups pre-approved under your standards.
