No. Beauty Studio does not have service minimums. You can book:

• A single bride
• One service only (hair or makeup)
• Or a large bridal party mix/matched services

Most brides reserve their date as soon as thier timeline is locked in, especially for peak weekends and destination locations.

We can often accommodate last minute or same day bookings for emergencies, but availability and travel rates are not guaranteed inside 24 hours. Booking early gives you the first choice of artists, the most portfolio options, and the most flexible timing.

Yes. Trials are booked at the same rate as our regular services because they include full travel, a complete service, and reserving the same artist for both dates.

In some markets, VIP brides may be eligible for discounted trials when scheduling is flexible. However, a trial is not required. Our artists are highly trained to work from your inspiration photos and style notes, and they adjust with you throughout the appointment until you love the final look.

We recommend booking your wedding date first so your artist team and time window are secured. The trial can be added once your date is confirmed. This ensures you are not waiting on a trial while availability fills up.

Yes. We regularly staff multiple artists so your entire group is finished within a 2–3 hour window, even with large parties, early ceremonies, or split locations.

We have successfully accommodated 50+ services at one time without compromising service timing or quality.

There is no set maximum. Our nationwide artist network allows us to scale your team to match any headcount, from an intimate elopement to a large wedding party with multiple rooms or locations.

Our goal is a calm, organized service schedule where everyone feels taken care of without feeling rushed. Here's our general service timelines:

• Individual Clients: 1-2 Hours
• Group Services: 2-3 Hours (depending on timeline needs)

We recommend finishing hair/makeup services approx 1 hour prior to needing to leave your location. This allows enough time to get dressed & out the door.

Yes. We offer:

• Touch up coverage: $150 per hour (2 hour minimum). This includes unlimited touch ups within scheduled time window (approx 15-30 minutes per touch up service).
• Second looks: Additional full hair and/or makeup services booked as separate appointments.

You can choose to add on these services under your service notes on your booking form (on checkout). We'll contact you and adjust your service balance invoice accordingly.

Our core service rates are:

• Advanced Artist: $200 per service (hair or makeup)
• VIP Artist: $350 per service (hair or makeup)
• Add-ons: $25 each for clip in install and blowout prep
• Men's grooming: $45 per service (hair or makeup)
• Flower girls 10 & younger: $45 per service (hair or makeup)

We do not charge higher rates for brides. All tiers include any hairstyle or makeup style, faux lashes, and travel within city limits (hotel parking not included). There are no hidden fees.
For add on services, you can choose to add on these services under your service notes on your booking form (on checkout). We'll contact you and adjust your service balance invoice accordingly.

No. Everything is booked a la carte on our website:

• Each guest can choose hair only, makeup only, or both.
• You can mix Advanced and VIP artists in the same group.
• Single services are always welcome.

Yes. A $50 deposit secures any booking, regardless of group size.

Remaining balances are due:

• Individual clients: 24 hours before the appointment.
• Groups: 7 days before the event date.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Klarna for flexible payment options. You can also choose to prepay in full at the time of booking.

Gratuity is not included and is always optional. We believe tipping should be a client preference. If you choose to tip, you can do so directly with your artist team.

We currently provide on-location bridal services in 56+ U.S. city markets, including major metros, resort destinations, and surrounding areas.

Yes. Appointments are available 24/7, 365 days a year. Early or late start times and certain holidays (New Year’s, Christmas, and Thanksgiving) may include additional fees.
