What is Beauty Studio?
Beauty Studio is a national hair and makeup agency. We hand-match professional artists to your event and send them directly to you - at your home, hotel, venue, or on set. Our network spans 1,500+ vetted artists across 60+ markets nationwide.
What services do you offer?
On-location hair and makeup for weddings, private events, corporate gatherings, conferences and keynotes, red carpet and galas, editorial and fashion, film and television production, on-set work, and men's grooming.
Do you come to me?
Yes. Every booking is mobile - your artist travels to your location, whether that is a hotel room, private residence, office, venue, or set.
What areas do you serve?
We operate in 60+ markets across the country, with headquarters in Las Vegas. If you do not see your city, reach out - our network is always expanding.
How do I book?
For weddings, events, and individual services you can
book online in a few minutes. For corporate, production, or larger multi-artist bookings,
connect with a booking director who will coordinate every detail for you.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better - popular dates and markets fill quickly. Reservations made less than 12 hours in advance are not guaranteed; for urgent same-day requests, email
contact@beautystudioinc.com before reserving.
How are artists chosen for my booking?
Every artist is hand-selected based on your service needs, style, and location - never auto-assigned. Our coordinators review each booking personally.
Pricing & Payment
How much do services cost?
Pricing varies by service, location, and the size of your party. You will see clear pricing when you book online, or a director can prepare a custom quote for events and productions.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A $50 deposit reserves your booking. Deposits are nonrefundable but may be transferred if changes are made within our cancellation window (see below).
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included in service rates. Standard gratuity is 20%, though the amount is always your choice.
Are there travel or parking fees?
Travel to your location is included. In some cases a parking fee set by your hotel or venue may apply - check with your venue directly for specifics.
Do you charge for early or late appointments?
Reservations starting before 8 AM or after 8 PM include a Before/After Hours Fee of $35-$55, confirmed by email after your reservation.
Weddings, Events & Production
Can you handle large bridal parties and groups?
Absolutely. We regularly staff multiple artists for weddings, bridal parties, and large events so everyone is camera-ready on time.
Do you offer bridal trials?
Many of our bridal artists offer trials - let your coordinator know and we will arrange one with your matched artist ahead of your date.
What happens if my artist cannot make it?
Our backup guarantee means that if anything comes up, we coordinate a replacement artist from our network so your booking stays covered.
Do you work corporate events and on-set productions?
Yes. We support corporate gatherings, conferences, brand campaigns, press, and film and television production - including multi-day and multi-city work - through a dedicated booking director.
