Each month, you receive credits based on your plan. A "Hair + Makeup" credit covers one full hair and makeup appointment. "Hair Only" or "Makeup Only" credits cover one of those respective services. Credits are loaded on your billing date each month.
Unused credits roll over! Depending on your plan, credits are valid for 60-90 days from when they were issued. This gives you flexibility if you have a busy month.
Yes! Your membership works in all 56+ markets we serve nationwide. Whether you're at home or traveling, you can book with your member benefits.
Absolutely. You can upgrade from Hair & Makeup to VIP Hair & Makeup, or change your service type (Hair Only, Makeup Only, Both) at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
You can cancel anytime with no penalties. We just ask for 30 days notice before your next billing date. Any unused credits remain valid for their rollover period after cancellation.
Members on the 2-credit plan can gift unused credits to friends or family. Simply contact our team to transfer a credit to someone else's booking.
