How our agency model works and how to reserve glam for your event.

Beauty Studio is a licensed national agency, not a directory. Every artist is vetted and backed by our Agency Guarantee. If an artist has an emergency or calls out, we replace them with another artist of equal skill level so your services and timeline are not impacted.

You also get a dedicated booking team managing schedules, portfolios, payments, and day-of logistics so you’re never waiting on an artist to reply between appointments.

You can book online 24/7 through our secure website in just a few steps:

  • Select your city and date.
  • Choose Advanced or VIP tier and how many hair and makeup services you need.
  • Reserve with a $50 deposit or prepay in full.

You’ll receive an instant booking confirmation and access to your client portal to add style notes and inspiration photos (for you or your group).

You can either:

  • Choose your artist from curated portfolios that match your style, or
  • Have our booking team hand-match you based on your look, location, and schedule.

Clients who book earlier have the widest selection of portfolios. Last minute bookings may require allowing us to assign your team based on availability.

No. Beauty Studio does not have service minimums. You can book:

  • A single client for one event
  • One service only (hair or makeup)
  • Or any mix-and-match of services for a group

Many clients reserve as soon as their event date and call time are locked in – especially for peak weekends and major conferences.

We can often accommodate last minute or same day bookings, but availability and travel rates are not guaranteed inside 24 hours. Booking early gives you the most portfolio options and the most flexible timing.

Yes. Preview appointments are booked at the same rate as regular services because they include full travel, a complete service, and reserving the same artist for your event date (where requested).

Previews are optional. Our artists are highly trained to work from your moodboard, dress code, and inspiration photos – and they adjust with you throughout the appointment until you love the final look.

Our booking team manages your reservation from start to finish, including timelines, artist assignments, and style notes.

Day-Of & Timelines

How we manage groups, tight call times, and on-site details.

Yes. We regularly staff multiple artists so your entire group is finished within a 2–3 hour window, even with large headcount, early call times, or split locations.

We have successfully accommodated 50+ services at one time without compromising service timing or quality.

There is no set maximum. Our nationwide artist network allows us to scale your team to match any headcount, from a single VIP client to a large guest list, corporate team, or multi-room activation.

Our goal is a calm, organized service schedule where everyone feels taken care of without feeling rushed. Here’s our general service timing:

  • Individual Clients: 1–2 hours
  • Group Services: 2–3 hours (depending on timeline needs)

We recommend finishing hair/makeup approximately 1 hour before you need to be in place, on stage, or at your event – leaving time to get dressed, travel, and do final checks.

Yes. We offer:

  • Touch up coverage: $150 per hour (2 hour minimum). Includes touch ups for anyone in your booked group within the scheduled time window.
  • Second looks / transitions: Additional full hair and/or makeup services booked as separate appointments.

You can request these add-ons under your service notes at checkout. Our team will follow up and adjust your service balance invoice accordingly.

Pricing & Payments

Our core service rates are:

  • Advanced Artist: $200 per service (hair or makeup)
  • VIP Artist: $350 per service (hair or makeup)
  • Add-ons: $25 each for clip-in install and blowout prep
  • Men’s grooming: $45 per service (hair or makeup)
  • Youth glam 10 & younger: $45 per service (hair or makeup)

All tiers include any hairstyle or makeup style, faux lashes, and local travel within city limits (hotel parking not included).
Add-ons can be requested in your booking notes and we’ll update your remaining balance invoice.

No. Everything is booked a la carte on our website:

  • Each person can choose hair only, makeup only, or both.
  • You can mix Advanced and VIP artists in the same group.
  • Single services and solo glam are always welcome.

Yes. A $50 deposit secures any booking, regardless of group size.

Remaining balances are due:

  • Individual clients: 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Groups / corporate events: 7 days before the event date (or per your approved agreement).

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Klarna for flexible payment options. You can also choose to prepay in full at the time of booking.

Gratuity is not included and is always optional. We believe tipping should be a client preference. If you choose to tip, you can do so directly with your artist team.

Yes. Appointments are available 24/7, 365 days a year. Early or late start times and certain holidays (New Year’s, Christmas, and Thanksgiving) may include additional fees.

In the rare event of an emergency or artist call out, our team immediately assigns a replacement artist of the same skill level from our network. We manage the transition behind the scenes so your schedule, service quality, and overall experience are not disrupted.
