Your nationwide beauty partner
Become your clients' go-to glam solution. The Preferred Vendor Program is built for venues, hotels, planners, production teams, and corporate partners who need a trusted, on-location hair & makeup partner across multiple cities or dates. Our vetted network of 1,500+ artists covers 60+ U.S. markets, so your clients and talent receive a consistent, elevated experience wherever they are.
Partner with one agency for every market instead of sourcing new artists in each city. We handle talent, scheduling, and billing - so your team can focus on the event, production, or client experience.
Access 1,500+ licensed artists across 60+ markets for conferences, productions, and VIP engagements. One partner, consistent standards - coast to coast.
Choose hourly, half-day, full-day, or per-person rates by project. Unlock volume discounts for multi-day activations, recurring events, or annual programs.
A single point of contact for holds, scheduling, and logistics in every city - handling artist holds, portfolios, and client-ready confirmations.
A partnership for companies that need on-location beauty services on a recurring or multi-location basis. Instead of sourcing artists city by city, you work with Beauty Studio as your centralized beauty agency for corporate events and conferences, commercial shoots and ongoing production, hotel and venue packages, VIP guest experiences, brand activations, and more.
Hotels, resorts, and venues that want a reliable glam partner; event planners, DMCs, and agencies booking across multiple cities; production companies, networks, and studios needing repeat on-set support; and corporate marketing, HR, and events teams managing speaker, executive, or VIP glam.
We operate in 60+ markets nationwide with a vetted network of 1,500+ licensed artists, spanning major metros, event destinations, and surrounding regions. Don't see your market? We offer custom travel options for qualifying projects.
Hair and makeup for individual talent, speakers, and executives; full glam teams for conferences and activations; on-set beauty for commercials, TV/film, and livestreams; pop-up beauty bars and touch-up stations; and wedding and social-event glam for venue and planner partners - all on-location and built around your run of show.
Flexible structures by volume and project type: hourly/day rates for on-set, green rooms, and conferences; per-person/per-service rates for weddings and defined headcounts; and hybrid models. Preferred vendors may qualify for tiered discounts based on frequency, multi-day series, or annual commitments. Our rate deck breaks down each option in detail.
Yes. We routinely complete vendor onboarding paperwork and W-9s, provide Certificates of Insurance naming your company as additionally insured, invoice through AP portals or project-based systems, and offer NET terms (e.g., NET 30) for approved partners.
Every artist goes through a multi-step process that may include portfolio review and experience verification, license verification and sanitation standards, and proven brand, production, or bridal experience for higher-tier bookings. Preferred vendors can request repeat teams or specific artists where available.
Preferred vendors typically use a dedicated request form routed to their account manager, an email template, or optional client-facing checkout pages. You can receive curated artist options to choose from, or let our team assign based on your brand guidelines and budget. Many partners set preferred teams per market with pre-approved backups.
For qualifying partners we offer vendor-friendly incentives that may include referral rewards or service credits, volume-based discounts for multi-day or multi-market programs, and complimentary upgrades to elevated artist tiers on select packages.
