Beauty Studio Inc ("Beauty Studio," "we," "our," "us") is a mobile hair and makeup services company headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada.
2. Services
Beauty Studio connects clients with freelance hair and makeup artists for weddings, events, corporate engagements, productions, and other occasions. Our artist portal, Beauty Studio Pro, enables registered artists to view and bid on available jobs, manage bookings, communicate with staff, and receive notifications.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Artist Portal
Artists who register for Beauty Studio Pro agree to provide accurate professional information, maintain appropriate licensing and insurance as required by their jurisdiction, and fulfill accepted bookings in a professional manner. Beauty Studio reserves the right to remove artists from the platform at any time for any reason.
5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and registering for Beauty Studio Pro or booking services, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Beauty Studio Inc. These messages may include:
Job opportunity alerts and notifications
Booking confirmations and updates
Schedule changes and reminders
Direct messages from Beauty Studio staff
Account and payment notifications
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on booking activity and job availability.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Beauty Studio Inc unless you re-subscribe.
Opt-In: You may re-subscribe at any time by replying START or SUBSCRIBE to our number, or by enabling notifications in your Beauty Studio Pro account settings.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or employment. You are not required to consent to receive text messages in order to use our services or work as an artist on our platform.

6. Payments
Payment terms, rates, and schedules are established at the time of booking. Artists are paid via direct deposit on standard timelines. Beauty Studio retains agency fees as disclosed during the booking process.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary by booking type and are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and applications, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Beauty Studio Inc and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content uploaded by artists (such as portfolio images) remains the property of the respective artist, with a limited license granted to Beauty Studio for display and promotional purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Beauty Studio Inc provides its Services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Beauty Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.

11. Changes to Terms
